Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm Beginner Aerial Dance for Adults
Class Descriptions
Beginner Aerial Dance for Adults – Students use the aerial equipment to get stronger and get acquainted with the basics. Students learn some basic aerial tricks and also incorporate the creative and expressive aspects of aerial dance.
Anyone is welcome to join this class at any time or just drop in to try it out. Please call the instructor at 706-372-7425 to let us know you are coming for the first time. The cost for the class is $15/per class.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are $40/hour and can be done for one person or split between two (each paying $20/hour). Private lessons can be done for any piece of aerial equipment, any skill level. Please call to schedule a private lesson 706-372-7425
Workshops
Workshops are $20/hour/person and can be done for groups of 3 to 12 people. Workshops can be done for any piece of aerial equipment, any skill level. Please call to schedule a workshop 706-372-7425
***WHAT TO WEAR****
Please wear shirts that cover the armpit area and the stomach fully (rope burn hurts!). Please wear pants that are easy to move in, but that cover the backs of the knees. (Capri pants okay, but shorts are not)
