Show Inspiration
When creating this show, we asked ourselves what things we wanted to amplify and bring into our lives since we were going to be working on that theme for the many months to come. And each of us had something on our list that had to do with family or some sort of loose interpretation of it. So, we started working with the idea of family and quickly realized there were MANY ideas of family that we wanted to dance. MANY cells in the body working together as a family, forming MANY connections, MANY voices and perspectives in a family, having MANY emotions, the MANY parts of our own personality operating as a family, MANY of us who define the word family, the MANY shifts and realignments necessary, and how we are all a part of the universal family of MANY. So, we decided on MANY as our best way to express our show to you. We hope to connect with MANY parts of you. And if we have expressed ourselves clearly, we hope we will all feel more like MANY- reminded of the support, love and family available to us all the time on all kinds of levels: in nature, in a group of people, within ourselves.
